I think health is the most important thing in the whole world. I belive in living in harmony with nature. Healthy people feel energized and look fantastic. Just start! Simple as this!
I filled 6pots with potting soil, put lavender seeds on the top, and covered with soil, watered and covered with plastic foil. When sprouts come out, uncovered and keep the pots on the window.
